Built from a stunning layout by Philippe Becker Design (San Francisco), The Tableaux Wines site is a stunning showcase of fresh imagery, fluidly ActionScripted animation, and tricky visual transitions. The client's vision for the brand identity dictated a subtlety and comfort that needed to come across in every movement and every visual cue. The centerpiece of this site is an XML-driven presentation of answers to the question "why are we here," for which the end-user is invited to share their own answers or euphemisms, and content can be added or edited on the fly.

Peninsula Custom Homes' newly re-branded web site, developed from a page design by Look Design in San Francisco, is a perfect example of blending form with function. While the design closely resembles the style of the company's print collateral, it needed to have interactivity in motion, as well as flexibility and powerful features. All imagery is loaded at runtime, and can easily be changed when the client decides they're ready for a change. Features include XML-driven photo gallery, integrated form for checking project status, and smooth ActionScripted transition animations and menu system.
